       公司現有干部、職工56名，其中高級工程師3名，專業工程師18名，高級會計師1名，高級經濟師1名，高級策劃師1名等高、精、專人才。公司按照現代企業制度的管理模式，下設行政部、財務部、工程部、預決算部、材料設備采購部、招商部、綜合部等部門。
